Evertime when i try to change the store I get a message saying "you have a store credit balance you must spend your balance before you can change stores"
Please assist how can I solve this issue!!!!
If you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask if they can remove the balance from your account so that you can change countries : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
