Stickiness got in the sync port of my jailbroken iPad 3 and now i can connect it to the computer or charge and and i would like to know how much it would for apple to fix it and does the jailbreaking make a difference

Since your iPad has been jailbroken, we can't help you in this forum. Best bet is to Google for answers. Plus your Apple warranty has been voided and the Apple Genius Bar/Support will not help you.
