how do you reset your mail
I have tried continously to shut down my computer and it will not let me. It has something to do with the mail. I cannot open email either, it is stuck in that setting.
iMac, iOS 6.1.4
Have you tried a force quit? SHIFT+COMMAND+ESC, then select mail and force quit.
