I cannot receive e-mail through my me.com address. I can send but not receive. I've followed online instructions to no avail. Any suggestions?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

Your Mail service should be functional now. I checked the time you posted and compared it to when Mail was experiencing issues and they were the same. If it happens again, bookmark the following page to help get an idea if any service is down for you.
