I am not able to update my apps. I have reset and still no results.

What happens when you try to update the apps?

I go to update and update all or even when I do one at a time it says installing and does nothing more.
Maybe:

Otherwise:
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Download the update in your iTunes library and sync
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
