MAcbook pro is my dream to buy, but always create a problem

Dear ALL,

I have bought my macbook pro at 2011(August)after that within one year OS was corrupted not able to boot properly and lot of ISsues with in 1.5 years.Actually i bought the apple macbook pro at japan with world wide support.WIthin warranty period (one year) lion OS was corrupted and then i take the apple service centre in india.they told OS was corrupted need to update the Lion OS but serivce say its in warranty so they can reinstall the OS but they have mentioned for my laptop only to install snow leopard,But in japan while buying i bought with lion OS.But in apple database they marked as snow leopard.AFter that I discussed with apple service centre but no luck they updarte with snow leopard. AFter that I bought the MOuntain lion OS in my apple ID.This is a big fraudulenc in apple shop but they are blaming me.

After my warranty gone again another problem with my laptop (mostly i dont use my apple rare case only i will use. WIthin 1.5 years harddsik gone I went to service centre at taipei. they have changes the new harddisk but i have paid 10000NT$. its too costly because its my dreams i spent and change.

Now my apple charger gone and the charger pin in the laptop little black coloured.I went to service centre and they told charge was gone. within less than 2 years apple product charger is not working. to buy new charge and foit changing the slot thet asking service charge of 1800 and component charge.

Please suggest any one how to convey this information to apple and i can get any luck in this. whetther any one face this kind of Issue. please give some idea or feedback to proceed with apple and get some positive supprts.

Whether we are investing lot of m=oney to buy good product but it always gives a trouble.
