iCoud

All my contacts are mixed between two groups: "all contacts" and "all icoud". how to delete all stored backed up items from icloud so that all my contacts can be backed up again? i only want back up for contacts and "find my phone" active.

note: i cannot update to the newest OS due to lack of additional space.
