Battery problems mini ipad

Well these are my problems.

First when my ipad is charging and when is 100% and I'm not using it. It shows a white screen and i have to restore, because the white screen doesn't disappear.

Second when I turn it off in the night for example it has 90% of battery and the next morning it has 10% percent less than the last night and finally when I only have 10% percent of battery my ipad turns off as it has no battery.... My battery life is two or three days. But the bad thing is that I'm loosing like 30 pr 40 percent of battery.

I started to have this problems when I upgraded to iOS 6.1.3. It problem with iOS or what?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

If no change, Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.
