I bought twice already to continue my game in candy crash saga and to complete my level but when I needed again to buy for the third time suddenly it says I have to contact the support group ? What is this all about?

What are you talking about? The message states to contact iTunes Support and you were told how to do that.

I did.. But when I went back to my game.. All the efforts and the extra moves that I already bought twice were became useless because it started to the same level again.
