HELP WITH MY NETWORK

I AM FAIRLY NEW TO COMPUTERS AND AM HAVING AN ISSUE WITH MY NETWORK. RIGHT NOW I HAVE AN AIRPORT EXTREME AS MY MAIN ROUTER WITH A TIME CAPSULE AND AN AIRPORT EXPRESS HOOKED UP TO IT. I WANT TO ELIMINATE THE EXTREME AND JUST USE THE TIME CAPSULE FOR THE ROUTER AS IT IS REDUNDANT RIGHT NOW. I TRIED UNHOOKING THE EXTREME AND RESETTING THE TIME CAPSULE SO THAT THE COMPUTER WOULD LOOK FOR IT AS A FACTORY SETTING DEVICE . NO LUCK.. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

Hello brynanm1213,

Thanks for the question. I completely agree that you have the opportunity to phase out the Airport Extreme. You may want to reset the Time Capsule via Airport Utility (on your iMac). I've included a couple of articles that may assist you:
