I rented a movie from itunes, i had to upgrade the storage it still says i dont have enough storage space to download.

So why not tell the User that there isn't enough space on the device before Apple takes your money? How do you cancel the rental so that you can download it onto another device ?
I rented a movie from itunes on my ipad2 it wouldnt download because i didnt have enough storage. I purchased more storaged and it still wont download. It is also counting other movie rentals as if they are still icloud stored.
