iphone exchange calendar sync issue

My exchange calendar on my iphone stopped showing up on my google calendar as soon as i upgraded from 4s to 5. anyone know how to fix this sync problem & get these calendar items from my iphone onto my google calendar like it did before?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
