loaded latest version of itunes and when trying to update my iphone 4s, I only get the preparing iphone for software update and continuously prompted for itunes password. How do I get out of the loop and save my iphone?
Upgraded to latest version of itunes and now am in a continuously loop asking for itunes login. Can't sync my phone and it is stuck in the preparing iphone for software update message with the itunes logo and a power cord icon. IS my phone hosed??
