    I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. Do you have an iTunes account, and are you having problems buying/downloading items from the store ?

    Creating an account without giving a credit card : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

     

    If you have iTunes installed on your Mac then you should be able to use it to buy/download items from the store - if it's iTunes 11 then you can enable the left-hand sidebar via option-command-S and then select 'iTunes Store' on that sidebar.

     

    You can also possibly re-download some/all of your past purchases via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page
