The backup disk is not available.

I have just connected my time capsule to the internet. and using its wifi to surf the net.

but when i clink on Backup Now, it says, "The backup disk is not available?"

Please guide me how to deal with ths.

The light on the Time Capsule is also green which means everything should be fine.
