Wrong plays and rating when sync iPod

Everytime I sync my iPod (new Nano on iTunes 11) the ratings and plays are shown on the wrong sons.
For example, I play song "x" and rate it 5 star, all looks 100% on iPod.
I then sync the iPod, and song "y" has one play and rater 5 star while song "x" has no plays ect(have never listened to song "y" or rated it)
I did check there were no duplicates and tried a few times with diffrent songs, same result.

I tried to reinstall Itunes and even reinstalled the whole library (deleting all proir data and just importing songs)

Help please!!
