How do I get an audio file within a iBook to work correctly?

So I just bought The Son Of Sobek, a short story that includes an audio reading. If you search the book in the ibooks store, the little picture previews have a picture of what the play button is supposed to look like- a black bar with a little white play symbol. MINE has a black bar that says cannot play audio file. I have already tried re-downloading the book and restarting my ipad. No luck.

Anyone out there to help me?

The same thing is happening with my copy of The Son of Sobek.. If I touch the "cannot play audio file" bar, it disappears. Then if I touch that spot again, the bar just reappears. But no audio... :( I was really looking forward to hearing Rick Riordan read out the short story..

Just to add another voice to this thread - bought The Son of Sobek and got the same disappearing "cannot play audio file; downloaded on both iPad and iPhone and neither works. I think we will need to contact support for this?

Hey, I just got Apple support's reply and they said to delete the current copy and then re download the book.. I tried it to see if it might work and it did. The audio file is properly working and I can hear Rick Riordan.. :)
