Where's my album?

Where's my album?

I pre ordered watching movies with the sound off and it came out today so I go on iTunes to see if I can download it and it says that it's purchased so I go into my music and its not there then I go back to iTunes and it's making me buy every song I check my email and iTunes sent me an email saying to begin download click here and I clicked on the link and it sent me to the iTunes home page so I clicked on the album again hoping it would let me do it this time but nothing basically what my question is where's my album and how do I get it?

Anyway, look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and select that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded. If not, check the Purchases area of the iTunes Store and you may be able to download the missing tracks there:

to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
