Jun 18, 2013 7:40 AM in response to Heidihworbirdby bruce1967,I tried unhiding some purchased a couple hours ago and it shows them unhidden but then I go back to my purchased music to download them and they are not there. I've tried it several times, tried restarting itunes and restarting my computer too but nothing works. I can't seem to hide some purchases either.

Jun 18, 2013 7:46 AM in response to bruce1967by Heidihworbird,It's nice to see I may not be the only one experiencing this. I've been over everything and nothing works. I have an email into apple support. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. It has to be an itunes store issue.

Jun 18, 2013 8:27 AM in response to Heidihworbirdby HugoHoller,Same thing is happening to me. I picked the wrong day to try and clean-up some of my garbage apps, now I get to go through the whole exercise again whenever this gets fixed.

Jun 18, 2013 12:33 PM in response to bruce1967by michaelddiaz,I have the exact same problem. All my TV shows are hidden from my Purchased section, but when I go to my Hidden Purchases they're all there. I click 'unhide' and it says "unhidden," but once I leave the page and go to Purchased, nothing is there, and when I go back it shows that the video is hidden again.
So frustrating.

Jun 18, 2013 5:57 PM in response to Heidihworbirdby nednarb777,I have this same issue as well. Frustrating as heck. Glad to see others are experiencing it. Just like many of you, I've uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and tried on different computers. I hope Apple can get this resolved.

Jun 19, 2013 5:31 AM in response to Heidihworbirdby Heidihworbird,Got a response from support. They're suggesting it's an operating system issue. Well, I am running ios 6.0.1 on ipad 2, ios 5.1.1 on iphone 4 and osx 10.5.8 on macbook (yes, I'm aware the macbook needs an update). I doubt this is the issue as it's happening to a lot of people right now (basically all in the last 24hrs). I was able to hide/unhide until 6:00 EST on June 17th. I'm a little irrate that apple may try to strong arm me into updating everything at once and this probably won't fix the issue. So, I am going to wait to see how this issue grows and look for insight. For now, I've lost control of MY purchases.

Jun 19, 2013 5:31 AM in response to Heidihworbirdby bruce1967,It's been 2 days now and I still can't unhide or hide purchases in itunes. I don't see alot of discussion about this but I'm sure apple must be aware of it. It really is frustrating.

Jun 19, 2013 5:36 AM in response to Heidihworbirdby bruce1967,Well I'm running windows 7 on my computer at home and at work and I have the same problem in both places. If it's an operating system issue I don't know how to fix that. I have ios 6.1.4 on my iphone. Im sure when enough pople get ****** off they will do something.

Jun 19, 2013 5:52 AM in response to bruce1967by Heidihworbird,Discussion on this is growing steadily. There is something going on with itunes and our id's that they aren't disclosing. I can only assume that people don't hide/unhide as often as, say, download so awareness may not be reaching a ton of people yet, but it will eventually.

Jun 19, 2013 6:17 AM in response to Heidihworbirdby bruce1967,Yes, you're probably right about people not hiding/unhiding purchases frequently and it would take longer for people to realize that feature isn't working properly. I just happened to be trying to unhide some music yesterday I decided i wanted to listen to again here at work so it's not something I use alot either. I was able to download it on my iphone and I had it backed up at home on a couple external hard drives (all my stuff that is). I never completely trusted that I'd always be able to redownload my stuff whenever I want. I guess backing up is still very important.

Jun 20, 2013 6:31 AM in response to Heidihworbirdby Nubiru,I experience the same issue. I cannot hide my purchased apps. Also tried to unhide hidden apps and they didn't appear on purchsed list. It is sure a problem from Apple and not isolated on someone's operating system as long as every hour more users report this problem. Apple should care about her customers and not leaving them frustrated seeking answers about what is happening...if they don't fix the issue I will stop purchasing apps. I cannot handle the mess in purchased apps unless they offer to hide my unwanted ones.

Jun 20, 2013 6:38 AM in response to Nubiruby bruce1967,I agree. I emailed Apple and they don't think there is any problem. I think they think it's me not knowing how to use itunes which isn't the case. I have alot of purchased items that are hidden that I want. They will lose customers if they treat us like this.
