Time Machine

Can I exclude certain things on one backup drive and have everything on another drive? My issue is my backup drive is smaller and so I can't do the full backup. I want to exclude documents on one backup drive and include it in the larger backup drive.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
