Soundtrack Pro Filters deleted

I use soundtrack pro for post sound mixing. I brought in sound effects and synched them to my video. I went and made adjustments to the sounds like applying high pass and low pass filters to the clips. I opened the soundtrack pro file today and all the filters I applied were removed for some reason. I can't seem to find any answers to this, it doesn't seem to have happened to anyone else on these message boards. Please Help.
