I am so mad! I refused to upgrade until AT&T sent me a message...ever since the phone *****! Will not hold a charge at all! I had NO prblems before....now the phone is basically uselss...66% down with nothing on...not a **** thing! Any suggestions...thanks

No one, including AT&T, forced you to upgrade the version of iOS on your device.
Drop the attitude.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
Or if it makes you feel better, throw the device at a wall then go buy something else.
Why did it have to be an *** like you who replied. I have no attitude, not happy I was told to upgrade.I EVEN went to AT& T to ask again...is this necessary. I think the upgrade stinks. I've heard it does and that was why I never upgraded before.

The solution to your problem has been posted in these forums multiple times. Try using the search function.
If you decide to drop the attitude and ask politely, maybe someone will see fit to point you in the right direction.
Will do thanks, would love to deleate this. I've never had a problme posting before..and I've seen many people be "nasty" in their posts about Apple products. Mine was out of frustration simple as that.
