Have you checked to see if the files you are trying to add have ended up in Movies > Home Videos section of the library. If not then have you installed the latest version of QuickTime? It is no longer included with iTunes but may be required to play some file types.

Thank You For Your Reply
I have installed the latest QuickTime and the videos play perfectly fine. but as soon as i try to import the files iTunes will not let me.
What happens if you drop one in the Automatically Add to iTunes folder? Does it end up in Movies > Home Videos or get moved to the Not Added folder?

its Not In Movies Or In Homevideos And Where Is The Not Added Folder?
Files that iTunes hasn't been able to add when placed in ..\<Media Folder>\Automatically Add to iTunes go to ..\<Media Folder>\Automatically Add to iTunes\Not Added\[<Format>\]\<Date> <Time>\
Even if the files are playable in iTunes it is possible that iTunes won't copy them to the device if the device won't be able to play them.

I Found Out That If you Convert The File Into A Mp4 It Goes Onto Itunes 😀 Thank You For Your Time 😀
