Jul 9, 2013 6:21 PM in response to matt00by onemeanduc,Hi Matt, I have the same issues here...please help. I downloaded itunes 11.0.4.4 windown xp version and it's not responding. Downgrade to a 10.7 version with an error can't read library itl. Delelte library itl and copy previous itl and it's still not working. Delete whole itune music folder and start fresh and facing the same error as before...
What shoud I do now? Please advice... thanks

When will Apple be able to help?
