why does the "end user license agreement" come up everytime I open itunes.
this issue has just started recently. it never happened before.
Windows 7, just started having this problem.
This is sometimes caused by a problem with the iTunesPrefs.xml file, normally found at C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunesPrefs.xml.
