My iPod will not turn on, charge, or anything.
The computer does not reconize it nor does iTunes. Its not turning on, charging by the wall or computer. The iPod is barely 6 months old. Its a nano 7th gen. What can I do?

If your iPod Nano isn't responding, charging, or showing up in iTunes, you may want to go through the following Troubleshooting Assistant to see if it will reset:
