Ive tried uninstalling itunes and re installing it. Ive reset my password and i still cant seem to download any songs. all i keep getting is to re enter my password over and over again

After resetting the password did you go to iTunes>Store and sign out and sign back in?

Ive just tried again to reset my password and i then logged and and out and it keeps asking me to confirm my password for verfication then i do that then it asks again to review billing information and then it keeps asking for billing information
it only seems to be on singles, ive just tried to download an album and it went into it as normal. its just singles that it goes into password mode
It seems that your account does not included a valid payment method. You need to add a valid payment method.
I have never had a problem before. I can purchase everything else but singels and the other thing i cant do is access my account as it keeps coming up with the password thing
Can you sign in and purchase nedia on your iPod?
