IOS 7 - Music app functionality

Will the new functionality in IOS 7 (music player) allow a user to stage or specifically add albums or songs to a queue already playing or better still replace or in fact add to an existing play list... and then do the reverse blanking the whole thing and starting again? Additional it will be nice if cool/interesting information on an artist/album (if sourced from itunes at least) is available with each download; will be great...so at least that tactile relationship one has with buying a physical CD can in fact be replicated digitally... just a thought…

Hi Yinka1,

There is still no queue functionality in iOS 7 at the moment, something I have also been waiting for. But I have developed "Music Queue Player", a FREE app which uses your existing iOS music library and allows you to create multiple song queues with simple gestures, re-order songs using drag and drop and view detailed information on media items. It uses the same design and layout as the existing Music App so it's very easy to use.

Hope it will help you 🙂
