Audiobook: Why Two Get Info Formats?

I'm a heavy reader of audiobooks. I convert them from mp3 to AAC and change the file extension from m4a to m4b. I'm very happy with everything except for an occasional mystery:

Normally when I Get Info on an audiobook the window that pops up has 7 panes that can be opened: Summary, Info, Video, Sorting, Options, Lyrics, and Artwork. But occasionaly I get a pop up with only 4 panes: Info, Video, Sorting, and Options.

Does anyone know why and is there anything I can do to switch the 4 to 7?

I use iTunes 11.0.4 on OS X 10.8.4.

The 4-tab appears when you select multiple items.

Well, the three tabs that are missing are Summary, Lyrics, and Artwork. It makes sense for Summary to be gone, because there are multiple items to be summarized, as well as Lyrics, because in most cases multiple items will not have the same lyrics. I don't know why Artwork is moved to Info though..
