Q: How do I register my new iPhone 5?

Oct 6, 2013 2:56 AMby ismailhk,I have iphone 5 (ios 7) .In the morning I take my iphone5 to my hand and it says "this iphone was not registered as a developer , if you are a member of developer please register on http://developer.apple.com/iphone"
but i browse the web service and it directed me to "https://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action"
I cant use my iphone.please somebody help me urgently...
