Apple Tv Network Connection Error -3902

I am receiving error -3902 with one my apple tv. my other devices are working fine.

I have reset and reboot my wifi router, reset my apple tv, swapped devices, and still the same issue.

Please Help!!!!

Hi there,

I would recommend restoring your AppleTV to factory settings.
