how can i get itune back now it new and i dont have 64-bit i have 23-bit what should i do i dont have cd or dvd itunes

i have dell laptop and window 7 i have iphone 4

You want the 32 bit version? Try this link:

At the dialog box that asks if you want to download or run it, select "run".
