Q: When on someone's Facebook I can not send them a personal message? I can post a note on their Facebook but all their friends can see it. It used to work but has stopped? Can anyone help. It's a iPad 2 and iPad mini ?

When on someone's Facebook I can not send a personal message? Only post a note on their Facebook which all with access can see. It used to work but recently has stopped on my iPad 2 and ipad mini.

Any help please
