How to use airplay?

iPad 2. iOS 6.1.3 installed.

AirPlay icon doesn't show up!?

How can I fix it?

Also there is no short cut icon for camera on lock screen?

Could some body help me , please?

Try the following:

1. Reset the AirPlay devices

2. Reboot the router

3. Reboot the iPad

That's only available on iPhone.
