photos keep coming back on ipad
Why do photostream photos keep coming back on my ipad after i turn off photostream and turn it back on again??? Even after deleting the icloud account and adding it back again later?

Because that's how it works. The images are saved in your photo stream. If you turn it on again, they will come back.
