For anyone reading this thread, that site is a scam. That site is selling iTunes cards from other countries which cannot be used in the UAE iTunes Store.

Mr. Ramzy's question was already answered months ago. Unless he was physically in the US, in which case buying a US iTunes card would not have been a problem, he would not be allowed to use the US iTunes Store. And he posted back in June of last year.

Again, the sites you refer to and probably are running sell cards that people in the UAE cannot use without violating Apple's license agreement. If you are selling such cards, you are encouraging people to violate Apple's terms of use, not something very wise to advertise in Apple's own forums.

As far as I can see gift cards aren't available for UAE iTunes accounts.

As with the site above, those cards are almost certainly from other countries and cannot be used in the UAE iTunes Store. If Apple was offering iTunes cards in the UAE, they'd surely be sold in the online Apple Store there, but there is no such listing.

If the phone number is from your own shop, as your user name here would seem to suggest, then you need to be including a disclaimer per the Terms of Use here. You also need to be clear as to exactly what it is you are selling so as to not mislead or even defraud users here.

Mr Ramzy started this discussion and he is aware that Itunes card can be used only with US accounts and not in UAE Itunes Store.

So this cards is only for those who has US accounts and are accessing US Itunes store. Apple doesnt have any cards for UAE.

I had specifically replied to Mr. Ramzy's thread coz he wanted to use Itunes card for his US account.

If you have a US account then you will need to be in the US to use it.
