Problems with the latest Mac OS X upgrade (10.8.4)

App Store is telling me to upgrade my system with the latest Mac OS X (10.8.4) upgrade.


I have done this several times now, with the required reboot. Still, it's telling me to update again and again.


What the heck is the problem?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
