I'm currently using Windows Vista on the iTunes 11.0.4.4 and i'm getting some error loading the iTunes after i launched it. Can someone advice based on the error as the screen shot? Thanks.

This error is typically caused by things like anti-virus software, a firewall, or similar software that is capable of blocking network/internet traffic, and is blocking iTunes' connection to the iTunes Store.
