How to split big file into small files.

thanks. don't need to split, my USB flash is 512MB and the source folder is actually closer to 300 MB. I'm concerned that if i plug every USB port with a flash dive the files won't copy over properly as I do this simultaneously with all usb drives
I think files will be copied properly into USB flash, though.
But you may clog a USB2 shared bus so it could take longer than if done in serial fashion.
how do i set up a serial method?
we use a USB flash drive duplicator, they can duplicate 1:1 up to 1:127 drives, they all work without a computer.
