    You aren't addressing Apple here.  This is a user to user technical support forum.

     

    If you want to downgrade to the free 5GB plan and the end of your current plan year, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan, tap Downgrade Options and choose the free plan.
