i have an android, A sony, I can only use the internet when i have wifi, which is quite annoying, i have unlimited internet so i know its not my data allowance, so its propably my settings, but i dont know what it is. if anyone knows, please help me out,

Umm, this a user support forum for iPhones. I'm sure you would get far better answers and support if you posted this on an Android support site or even a Sony cell phone support site or your carriers support forums.

If I were you though I would call your cellular carrier to make sure you have a data plan. You need a data plan to access the internet.

You have an Android phone. This is an iPhone forum.
Go ask in an Android forum, preferably one dedicated to your particular phone, or at least to the manufacturer of your phone.

Again, the likleyhood of anyone here knowing anythng about your phone is very slim. iPhone and android are in fact quite different.
It would be better to post in an android forum or a forum dedicated to your phone. Its really unlikely anyone here will know what is happening.

If your problem is with your cellular service network settings, you need to contact your carrier. Those settings are carrier specific, not universal.
On an iPhone, when using a supported or fully compatible carrier and having subscribed to a data plan, you configure the Internet by inserting your SIM card and turning the phone on... There is no magic to it. It works. If it doesn't, the problem is most likely on the carrier side.
The steps for an iPhone would be to go to settings and make sure the Cellular Data option is turned on. and LTE or 3G depending on your phone is also turned on.
Beyond that, would be contacting the cell carrier to find out why there is no internet like Michael Black suggests.
