I have iOS 6.1.3 on and iPhone 4 but doesn't have a siri isn't iOS 6.1.3 the lates iOS version?

I would like to know if I can get a update of siri I have it but it is outdated.

To activate Siri you press and hold the Home button. There is no Siri app icon.

Not sure about the iPhone 4 but not all older phones can support Siri.

You need the iPhone 4S or newer in order to be able to use Siri. Copied from the support page that were *** and that sent you to this forum....
