I have iOS 6.1.3 on and iPhone 4 but doesn't have a siri isn't iOS 6.1.3 the lates iOS version?

I would like to know if I can get a update of siri I have it but it is outdated.

To activate Siri you press and hold the Home button. There is no Siri app icon.

Not sure about the iPhone 4 but not all older phones can support Siri.

You need the iPhone 4S or newer in order to be able to use Siri. Copied from the support page that were Lon and that sent you to this forum....
