"Connectionmanager::invoke:: failed to find service connection url."

I receive this message after I updated my iPod to the latest version and now cannot update/download apps. I went to the app store, featured, scrolled to the bottom to sign out and sign in to my apple account and it won't let me click on it. Same as in settings. Suggestions?
