My iphone 4s has 14 months of use, this new and does not work!

So I want a "smartphone" that does not work?

Here in Brazil, to exchange charged me around 400 dollars. I have not changed because I can not, I paid the apple store around 1,360 dollares and does not work?

I am very disappointed with the apple!

I have no technical question, I just want the apple solve this, because I've tried everything that was suggested to me by apple support, and do not even know if it's a hardware problem or softwere, it does not really matter to me, even if only is curiosity.
