My iPod Touch won't update from iCloud

I put a bunch of new songs on iTunes, I have iCloud and Match. But the new songs are not updating on the iPod. When accessing iCloud from my laptop, it shows there are 354 songs in iCloud, but my iPod only shows 315 songs. How do I get the songs to show up on the iPod? I've tried turning iTunes and Match off and then back on, but no luck. Help?
