itunes match - how to add another apple account?
Is there a way to add my wife's Apple account to my iTunes Match as an additional user?

No, each computer / iDevice can be associated with a single Apple Id, so the concept of 'add an account' is not supported. However:
- Your wife can share your Apple Id and access iTunes Match as you; and/or
- You can transfer songs between libraries.
