Mounted Drive Icon location change?

I am used to have sidebar vertically on the right.

But when you mount a drive or inser SD card you always get the icon being covered by the Dock.

Is there a way to get the icons for all drives appear on the left insted of right pernamently?

Tool Terminal config file edit I dont care please help.
