Why the company doesn't solve this trouble
My Iphone 4s has been used for just 14 months, It's a well maintained device but it doesn't work.
In order to exchange this phone in Brazil, Apple would charged me around US$400 but I can't afford to do so. Now I have an useless Iphone 4s.
As a Premium client, I am very disappointed with Apple.
Please bring me a solution without charging me that much.
