can anybody help me ? i need carrier settings for my 3gs how do i do it ? thanks .

If they are a supported carrier, there is no need to do anything.
If they are not a supported carrier, contact the carrier.

What do you mean you need carrier settings? Maybe you should talk to your carrier.
