I have Slotomania on my IPod Touch and my daughter has Slotomania on her IPad Mini. Why can't I get this game on my Mini??

I have a Ipad Mini and want to load Slotomania. It will not let me do this. I currently have that game on my IPod Touch and my daughter has Slotomania on her IPad Mini. Why can't I load this game on MY IPad Mini???????
